Cancellation policy.

As a courtesy to our guests and staff at MANA Salon, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the cost of services booked. For hair extension services, any cancellation of less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking and thus the entire deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future hair extension services.

“Re-do” policy.

Any dissatisfaction in the results of the service(s) received must be communicated to the stylist/salon within 7 days of the date of service. In the stylist’s absolute discretion, the stylist can offer to “re-do” the service(s) or perform any other service(s) as is necessary to address the issue raised. Alternatively, in the stylist’s absolute discretion, the stylist may choose to provide a full or partial refund and not perform any additional service(s). Nothing in this policy obligates any stylist to perform additional service(s) or provide a full or partial refund. Each stylist will address issues raised in a manner they deem appropriate.

Return policy.

No returns will be accepted, nor any refunds issued, on purchased product(s). Exchanges for unused and unopened product(s) can be made within 14 days of the date of purchase, as stated on the sales receipt presented at the time of exchange. All sales of extension hair products are final, and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be provided.
